Cancellation Policy

All scheduled appointments are important to us. The duration of the reserved time frame is for your exclusive use. When there is a cancellation with short notices, or you do not show altogether, it is often too late or impossible to offer this time frame to another patient and therefore remains unfilled. In order to avoid this, the following missed appointment policy is in effect:

  • A full 24 hour notice is required for cancelling appointments in order to avoid being charged.
  • If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice before your scheduled appointment time, you will be billed 100% of the treatment cost.

Our patients have the option of having someone else stand-in for them such as a family member, friend etc.… in order to avoid this cancellation fee.

Please note that this does not apply to all appointments; ex. If you are a “regular” client but the person standing in for you is new to us and has to go through a proper assessment before receiving treatment (depending on the modality), the assessment may require a longer appointment than you originally scheduled.

Please ask our receptionist for more details.

Thank you for your cooperation!
