Tapping into your own inner wisdom occurs when you look inside for your own answers.  There are various ways of doing this, some of which include meditation, prayer, visualization, or wellness/life coaching.  

A wellness/life coach can assist with this inner wisdom discovery by asking you questions that you may never have asked yourself before or were too afraid to ask.  They also pick up on the things that you aren&#039;t saying.  It&#039;s a powerful process to witness for both the client and the coach.
